The Workouts

I wanted to talk about the Body Back Transformation workouts and share the love!

Every workout is designed with the female body in mind. The exercises are target for women, which is great news. The program meets you where you are because there are exercise modifications for every fitness level.

Every workout is different, challenging and fun! Just to give you an idea of one of the workouts; we will do 3 exercises for 1 minute each, usually 2 or 3 times through. One of the exercises will be focused on cardio, one on strength and one on the core. We give it all we've got for 1 minute, and then we get a little short rest to recover before getting into the next exercise. The workouts challenge all areas of the body to tone and strengthen. I love the varied workouts. I don't get bored, I know I'm in for something great each time I arrive at class, and I am challenging different muscles each class, so my body doesn't get used to the same old workout.

The energy from the instructor and the other women throughout the whole class is very motivating. The instructor doesn't let us slack off and the other ladies cheer us on! It's so fun.

As we move through week 7, I am thrilled at the progress I have made with the program. I'm looking forward to the next week and a half.
